ASK LAB created the opening and closing titles for the music video Euphoria Is Gone by Malbeс, developing a fully handcrafted typographic sequence that complemented the emotional tone of the film. Rather than relying on digital animation, we built the entire title system through analog techniques, giving the visuals a raw, tactile quality that echoed the atmosphere of the track.

Every letter was drawn by hand in pencil before being further developed using mixed media processes that introduced texture, imperfections, and subtle variations impossible to reproduce digitally. The animation itself was produced frame by frame on paper, with each movement created manually to preserve the physical character of the artwork. By combining hand-drawn typography, mixed media, and stop-motion animation, ASK LAB transformed the film’s titles into an integral part of its visual storytelling, where every frame carries the marks of the making process.
