ASK LAB developed the visual identity and printed materials for a private birthday dinner hosted by fashion influencer Angelina Nagornova, better known as Justwhatyouknow. Held in Bari, Puglia, the event was conceived as an intimate experience where every graphic element contributed to a unified visual atmosphere. Inspired by Angelina’s appreciation for Japanese avant-garde fashion and design, we built the project around a restrained black-and-white palette that balanced minimalism with expressive detail.

The identity was developed from a series of hand-drawn silhouettes of Angelina combined with calligraphic gestures that established a distinctive visual rhythm across the project. Printed on premium watercolor paper and complemented by translucent paper inserts and satin ribbons, each piece emphasized craftsmanship and tactile quality. This visual language was applied consistently across posters, menus, guest place cards, and custom lighters, transforming functional objects into collectible design pieces. The result was a cohesive event identity where graphic design, material selection, and production came together to create a memorable experience that reflected both the personality of the host and the refined aesthetic of the occasion.
