ASK LAB developed a wearable sculpture inspired by the iconic Medium Chiquito bag by Jacquemus. We took the recognizable silhouette of the bag and multiplied it across the object as if a digital glitch had distorted and duplicated its original form.
The texture and color treatment follow the distinctive visual language of Anatoly Shabalin K., translating the familiar fashion object into a sculptural piece that sits somewhere between accessory, artwork, and digital artifact.
Created as an independent studio project, the work quickly attracted attention online. A video featuring the sculpture reached 352,000 views and 28,400 likes, with the Jacquemus brand itself commenting on the project. It was published in a several printed and digital magazines. The response demonstrated how an experimental physical object can generate significant organic attention and engage directly with the brand it references.
